Assam’s Indigenous and Tea Tribes and Adivasis communities have historically faced significant challenges
in accessing opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, skill development, employment, and economic growth. The changing climate is also impacting lives and livelihood. This stakeholder consultation aimed to bring together key players from government, industry, academia, NGOs, and the communities themselves to foster dialogue, collaboration, and the co-creation of innovative solutions to address these challenges.
